I love the fact that the Silvermane Guards are essentially just a very devoted "We Love Gepard Landau" fanclub, and I desperately need for all of them to get into ship wars about it behind their Captain's back. The soldiers are all split into several factions:

Some of them ship him with Sampo 🛡�� (enemies to lovers/hateship enjoyers; this does not necessarily mean they like Sampo- in fact it's more like most of them want to sic their Captain on him skzjsmdm)

Some of them ship him with Bronya 👑🛡 (knight and princess trope enjoyers and also a sorta-kinda "that is our mom and dad" type of deal; this faction gets riled up and ridiculously hypes Gepard up to Bronya every time she comes down to the frontlines mskdkxmd)

Some of them ship him with the trailblazer 🛡💫 (the smallest and newest faction, but steadily gaining!)

Some of them ship him with Pela ❄🛡 (workplace romance enjoyers; Gepard once charged out into the Fragmentum alone to save Pela from an expedition gone horribly wrong, and when this faction saw Gepard carrying Pela back princess style they threw a whole party)

Some of them ship him with Dunn 🛡🗡 (also workplace romance; Dunn is very flattered by this because yeah wrong Landau, but wow, the troops really think he's good enough to woo the Captain, what an honor)

And some of them ship themselves with the Captain 🛡❤ (yumejoshi enjoyers; this faction throws a massive group effort every Valentine's Day and are also all very supportive of each other)

The final faction is an odd one, because they're defined not by who they ship their beloved Captain Gepard with, but rather by who they don't ship him with. Their name is generally shortened to the A.B.S. Group- Anybody BUT Sampo 🚫💣 DKSZJJSMSOZ

Ethan comes out of the therapist office looking effortlessly cool. This is not a good sign. He’s got his mission face on, wearing something that could be conceived as a smile if you haven’t seen his proper one, which is crooked and a bit too wide, unleashed when he’s being brutally mocked by a dear friend or has one of his signature puns turned around on him. When mission face is off he’s intense, makes an amount of eye contact that on paper is around average, but feels interrogative when you’re under it. He’s moving smoothly, too. Benji knows for a fact that with his ribs and knee he should be walking in his usual lope, but he’s walking like he’s in a poker game at gun point. Benji takes him home. In the kitchen, after small talk and tea, Ethan’s still got his game face on but he’s icing his leg and Benji’s given him a pamphlet so they don’t have to look at each other. Ethan tells him after 10 minutes, on the dot. “I’ve been jittery after missions where I didn’t use to be. The shrink says it’s because I’m not passively suicidal anymore,. Says I probably have been for a while, didn’t know.” He’s talking like he’s conserving money on a telegram. He hasn’t looked up from the pamphlet. Benji makes him another cup of tea, and after the next mission holds him by his uninjured body part (right shoulder seems okay) with enough pressure for him to feel it until he settles a little. Ethan thanks him with a foot rub the next week, long enough later that most people wouldn’t have connected it. Benji loves him, chooses to. It’s always been a choice for him, when he’s not in physical danger he can stack feelings around the corners of the problem till he’s looking straight through it. It’s what made him such a good technician, and it’s one of the things that made him decide to love Ethan at first. He can’t. He’ll buckle down and work through it, but always as a person. Benji will stay while Ethan works out how to feel like a person again.

She literally faked her own murder and framed her husband for it I don’t know how you can gaslight gatekeep girlboss harder than that. -Made friends with a pregnant woman so she could steal her pee and fake a positive pregnancy test with it -Faked her own murder and framed her husband for it because he was cheating on her -Wrote an entire fake diary and half-burned it so it would look like her husband did it -Slowly drained her blood over days in order to make it look like there was a struggle -Slept with a guy and murdered him just as he finished to make it look like he assaulted her -Bought a bunch of shit on her husband’s credit cards and hid them in his sister’s house so it looked like he had a spending addiction -Have you ever heard of the cool girl rant? The rant where a woman talks about how there’s no such thing as a girl with interests they’re all just doing it for men? That was Amy. - She has a history of manipulating people and in high school made a girl look insane just because that girl was mildly better at something than her - Lied about getting rid of her husband’s sperm so she could impregnate herself with his kid so he’d stay with her because she’s kind of turned on by how much they hate each other - literally the first half of the book is her playing everyone (including the reader) because she knows her husband is such a piece of shit he won’t be able to help incriminating himself TL;DR Amy Elliott Dunne is the most gaslight gatekeep girlboss ever and I need everyone to know this

Oo boy where to I start. She emotionally manipulates the main character and then uses his emotions against him to revive his dad but evil. She ran a biker gang/cult and only let her three top generals know who she was. She went to extreme measures to get what she wanted, including burning down her palace and killing her adoptive parents.

some of her greatest hits include: Gaslighing Garmadon into hating Lloyd (his son), Gatekeeping being Garmadon's Son (even though she's not related to him and also a girl), Girlbossing her way to becoming the leader of a terrorist group while also being the Princess of Ninjago. siccing the terrorist group on the royal family, killing the king and queen because she hated them and didn't wanna be princess anyways, she'd rather be the evil puppet master behind a necromanced figurehead dictator.

Harumi is such a girlboss shes an orphan and was adopted by the emperor and empress and then BLEW UP THE PALACE AND KILLED THEM and she resurrected lord garmadon (evil!!!) and runs a criminal org/biker gang also she had this relationship with Lloyd where she pretty much just manipulated him but other than that I support her evilness
